Set in the gorgeous surrounds of Swansea's Penllergaer Woods, this development needed a set of beautiful homes to match and FREDS were able to deliver.
Made up of 80 homes and 11 individual house types, delivering would not be an easy task, and would require a highly experienced team, accurate production methods, efficient installation and a highly capable project management & logistics operation to oversee the entire operation.
The flexibility of timber frame construction is showcased here, from 3 bedroom terraced homes to 266m2 5 bedroom dream homes. Each home is made up of panels produced off-site in FREDS' specialised facility which allowed for a faster-than-usual build with fewer complications and headaches.
