Working alongside Morgan Construction and ATEB Housing, FREDS supplied and installed the timber frame structures for 19 affordable homes as part of a larger 54-home residential development in Saundersfoot.
Although much of the development was constructed using traditional masonry methods, timber frame was selected for the affordable housing element due to its speed of construction, high quality, and excellent thermal performance. The completed homes have provided much-needed affordable housing within one of Pembrokeshire's most desirable coastal communities.
Residential Development – Llanarth, Ceredigion
This development in Llanarth comprises 37 new homes, providing a balanced mix of open market and affordable housing to support sustainable growth within the local community.
