SINGLE HOUSE PROJECTS

nant ye dderwyn

We supply timber frame structures for one-off houses across South Wales and the wider UK.

Whether you're working with an architect, builder, or managing the project yourself, we provide a clear and reliable route from drawings to structural shell stage. Our team works alongside your design team to make sure the timber frame package fits smoothly into the overall build.

Why Timber Frame Works Well for Self-Build Projects?

Timber frame allows a house to reach watertight stage much earlier than traditional masonry construction.

That means follow-on trades can start sooner and the build becomes easier to manage overall. Factory manufacturing also improves accuracy and reduces delays caused by weather on site.

For many single-house projects, this makes a noticeable difference to both programme and cost control.

What We Supply

For one-off homes, we typically provide a full structural timber package including:

· external wall panels

· internal wall panels

· floor systems using posi-joists

· roof trusses or attic trusses

· gable panels

· spandrel panels where required

· insulation within panels if specified

Packages can be arranged as supply only, or supply and erection depending on your project setup.

Working With Your Design Team

We regularly work alongside architects to develop timber frame layouts that match the design intent of the building.

Once drawings are available and approved, we prepare manufacturing information and coordinate panel layouts before production begins. This helps avoid changes later in the build.

How Our Predictable Build Promise Benefits you

Building your own home should be exciting—not filled with uncertainty.

From planning and manufacturing through to delivery, our process is designed to reduce the unknowns that cause delays, unexpected costs and unnecessary stress.

So instead of wondering what's happening next, you can move through your project with confidence.

Our Predictable Build Promise means:

  • Greater confidence from day one – A clear process so you understand what happens at every stage.

  • Fewer unexpected delays – Careful planning and off-site manufacturing help keep your project moving.

  • Better cost control – Reducing on-site uncertainty helps minimise expensive surprises.

  • A smoother build programme – Precision manufacturing allows for faster, more organised installation.

  • Less stress throughout the build – Because you're not constantly reacting to problems that could have been prevented.
